Effortlessly Decorating Your Home for Fall; Once!
Hello there- my fellow FALL FANatics! I am almost “giddy” with excitement for this time of year and everything it brings. Although, I don’t know about you, but who has time to decorate (and redecorate) 3 times during this crazy busy season?! I mean, Summer ends, kids are back in school, you blink and it’s Thanksgiving! So, a few years ago I started this little trick and I can not tell you how much TIME & Stress this has saved me! I mean just getting everything out of the attic sometimes feels like a wasted weekend.
I first decorate a base of “Autumn” decor with beautiful fall leaves and branches, warm scented candles, gourds and multi-colored pumpkins, cozy blankets and throws. Then I layer on a little black cat or bright orange pumpkin here and there, once halloween is over I just pull those few pieces and replace with my antique ceramic turkey, my late mother in law gave us when the kids were little, a few pilgrims and maybe a bowl of cranberries and even pinecones, (Which I then roll right into the big Holiday!) see where I am going here..
Look I get it, there are some people who go ALL out on the Halloween season and that is great! I just love to see how creative people are but for me, I just want to fall into Autumn the day after Summer ends- stay wrapped in that warm and cosy fall feeling, smell the spice candles, renewed in the colorful landscape and breath the crisp, almost new air that autumn brings.
In this article we’ve put together a few tips to get you started. I hope we’ve saved you just a few more hours to share with family, friends or a quiet moment with yourself, sipping your cider, comfy under your warm blanket embracing the spirit of Autumn.
much love and warmest (fall) wishes…

Infusing Fall Flair
Nature's Bounty: Incorporate natural elements like pumpkins, gourds, and colorful leaves throughout your home. Arrange them in elegant displays on your fireplace mantle, dining table, or entryway to serve as a warm welcome.

Cozy Reading Nook: Create a cozy corner with a plush armchair, soft throw blanket, and a side table for your favorite fall reads. Perfect for those chilly autumn nights.
