3: Project Management & Complex Resolution Agreement

Scope of Services:
This agreement is between Client (as named in the transaction) and Restoration & Design Professionals LLC ("Consultant") for project management and issue resolution services related to home renovation and construction.

Phase 1: Initial Project Management Services – $7,500

This phase includes a dedicated block of professional hours for:

  1. Project Planning & Coordination – Development of a structured renovation strategy, including contractor selection, scheduling, and budgeting.

  2. Permitting & Compliance Support – Coordination with local authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and navigating zoning and permitting requirements.

  3. Contractor & Vendor Management – Oversight of general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring work quality and adherence to timelines.

  4. Issue Resolution & Problem-Solving – Addressing unexpected challenges, contractor disputes, and other obstacles that may arise during the project.

  5. Budget & Timeline Oversight – Monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing timelines to prevent delays.

  6. On-Site Inspections & Quality Control – Regular site visits to verify progress, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.

  7. Material & Logistics Coordination – Managing orders, deliveries, and vendor communications to maintain workflow efficiency.

  8. Client Communication & Reporting – Providing regular updates and maintaining clear, transparent communication throughout the project.

Additional Hours & Ongoing Project Phases:

  • The initial $7,500 payment covers the first block of dedicated hours required for project planning, permitting, and management through the early stages of the renovation process.

  • Given the complexity and scale of some projects, additional hours may be required to reach full project completion. Should further project management services be necessary, the Consultant will provide a detailed scope of continued work, including estimated time blocks and additional payments.

  • Consultant is not responsible for delays caused by contractors, trades, suppliers, or municipal authorities that may result in the need for additional hours.

Payment Structure:

  • Initial Payment: $7,500 due upon completion of this transaction, covering the first set of professional hours.

  • Subsequent Payments: Additional project management phases, if required, will be billed separately based on continued support needs and the complexity of the renovation.

Client Responsibilities:

  • The Client is responsible for all material costs, contractor fees, and third-party expenses unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • The Client understands that this agreement does not replace the role of a General Contractor but serves to provide expert oversight, coordination, and issue resolution throughout the renovation.
